18 walking today
There should have been 20
But two cancelled with suspected covid
It was nice to welcome Robin and Sandra to the group
They have walked with out Monday Ramblers
But wanted less challenging walks
Everyone impressed with wall painting of “Senija Man”
We first saw it in December 2018
Still looking good for an outdoor painting
Had our banana stop in the church square
So some could
admire some of the other wall paintings
This metal work of a walker is new (to us at least)
We had a lovely day for our walk
Warm but with a cool breeze
We had frequent stops to admire the lovely views
Makes us appreciate how lucky we are to live in such a lovely walking area
And to have such pleasant company to enjoy our walks
Today is Spain’s National Day to commemorate Christopher Columbus
All of the bar tables were taken in Lliber square when we finished the walk
But we managed to find a little shade to enjoy our well deserved cold drink
